Please note: On this page resellers find instructions how to log on to the reseller area and place reseller orders. You need a reseller login to submit reseller orders! Here you can read more about resellers in your regions.

Submitting Reseller Orders

After you have received your reseller login information please return to our website and click the login link at the top of the page. Then please log on with your registered e-mail address (or your reseller ID) and password.

After logging on you will see the Paessler order page with all Paessler product families. A note on top of the page indicates that you are logged on as reseller. Please choose the desired family and on the following page choose the desired product(s) by clicking add to cart for each product.

Note: In your shopping cart you can see your reseller discount applied to the prices of your order.

Once you have your shopping cart ready click on Continue. On the following pages you can enter license names and your customer's data. Then follow the instructions on the screen to finalize your order.

Available payment options:

  • Credit card: a few minutes after your order is entered we will email the invoice and the license key to you.
  • On Account: only available on request, please arrange with sales@paessler.com
  • Payment in advance: you will receive a payment request via email. The invoice and the license key(s) will be sent to you as soon as your payment is received.

Please note: Reseller orders can only be accepted through our online shop, we can not accept purchase orders from resellers.

Becoming A Reseller

If you are an established reseller in your region and want to be a part of Paessler's Worldwide Reseller Network please contact sales@paessler.com.

Please provide us with information about your company and the solutions you sell right now, as well as your market approach. Please give us details of your customer base and customer's needs so we can agree on a discount. Usually we will review this information within one business day and contact you then.
